Sweet & savoury snacks from the lunch buffet
Enjoy our daily "Sweet & Savoury" afternoon snack buffet in our Black Forest Lounge in the Sonnhalde with cakes, sweet snacks, savoury snacks and wellness teas at the buffet. The lunchtime snack buffet is already included when you book an arrangement or the indulgence package. However, you are also welcome to book it individually for EUR 15.90 per person.

The Black Forest is not just about cherry cake and kirsch. "Regional fine dining": this is the motto under which Ulrich Blatter and his team invite guests to linger at the Sonnenhof hotel restaurant in Birkendorf. The fresh ingredients for the culinary timetable come exclusively from regional suppliers. Starting with the "Qualivo beef, veal and pork" through to selected cheese specialities such as the intensely flavoured mountain cheese or "Zeppelin cheese" from the Lake Constance region.
