Wellness - Etiquette

Arrival

It goes without saying that the entire facility is used freshly showered. Please be in the pool foyer approx. 10 minutes before your treatment begins. The wellness staff will meet you there for your treatment.

Smartphones

You have reception in the wellness area so that you can relax and read or listen to music through your headphones. Otherwise we ask you to use your mobile phone on silent mode. Telephone calls are not permitted.

Attention

You are in a wet area, which is regularly cleared of water on the walkways, but caution must always be exercised. You use our wellness area at your own risk. The hotel is not liable for damage to property or personal injury. Nor for loss of personal belongings.

In an emergency

If you yourself are in distress or you find a person in distress, ask other guests present to get help. Inform reception immediately so that first aid measures can be initiated - Thank you!

Children

Swimming in the pool up to the age of 12 is only permitted under the supervision of a parent or guardian. There is also an absolute ban on diving. Young people aged 16 and over may use the sauna facilities, but children and young people under this age are not permitted in the saunas and relaxation rooms.

Massage and beauty treatment

Please pay for your treatments directly in the cabin (CASH or CARD) - inclusive treatments are charged via the hotel. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge 48 hours before the start of the appointment. Please inform us and your practitioner of any allergies, pregnancies or operations.

Smoking and animals

Smoking is not permitted in the entire wellness area. Ashtrays are available in the outdoor area. The entire wellness area must be kept free of animals, including the sunbathing areas.
